At KTLP (ktlp.in), we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, wrongly delivered, or not as described.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, shapewear, and swimwear
  • Fragrances and cosmetics
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process

a. Initiate a Return

  • Go to “My Orders” in your KTLP account.
  • Select the product and click “Return”.
  • Choose the reason for return and upload supporting images if required.

b. Pickup & Verification

  • A reverse pickup will be scheduled (subject to pin code availability).
  • If pickup is unavailable, we will provide self-shipping instructions.
  • The returned item will undergo quality inspection to ensure it complies with our return conditions.

c. Refund or Replacement

  • After successful verification, you may opt for a refund or a replacement if available.

4. Warranty Policy

Most fashion products on KTLP do not carry manufacturer warranties. However:

  • In case of manufacturing defects evident upon delivery, customers may return the item per the return policy.
  • Products like watches, fashion electronics, or accessories may have brand-specific warranties, which will be mentioned on the product page.
  • For warranty claims, customers are advised to contact the respective brand directly or follow the warranty details provided at purchase.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes the quality check.

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via NEFT/IMPS. Customers must provide valid bank account details for the transfer.

6. Important Notes

  • Multiple returns from the same account may be flagged for misuse of the return policy.
  • Returns will be rejected if the product is used, washed, or returned without original packaging and tags.
  • KTLP reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
