To ensure a smooth onboarding process on KTLP (ktlp.in), all prospective sellers must provide the following clear and valid documents:

✅ Mandatory Documents

  1. Business Registration Proof
    • Sole Proprietors: Aadhaar Card & PAN Card of the business owner
    • Partnership / LLP / Pvt Ltd: Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed
  2. GST Registration Certificate
    • Must be valid and active
    • Should clearly display the registered business name and address
  3. PAN Card
    • PAN Card of the business entity or the individual owner (for proprietorships)
  4. Bank Account Details
    • A cancelled cheque or recent bank statement
    • Must clearly show the account holder’s name, account number, and IFSC code
  5. Address Proof
    • Accepted: Utility bill, rent agreement, or any government-issued document showing the business premises address
  6. Authorized Signatory ID Proof
    • Valid ID proof of the person managing the seller account: Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License
  7. Product Portfolio or Catalog(Optional for Initial Review)
    • Images, brochures, or product catalogs showcasing your fashion items
    • Helps in quality and category evaluation

✅ Optional Documents (Recommended)

  1. Trademark Certificate
    • Recommended for sellers dealing in branded fashion goods
  2. FSSAI License
    • Only required for sellers dealing in fashion-related cosmetics or personal care items
  3. Import/Export Code (IEC)
    • Required if you plan to sell internationally in the future

  • All documents must be uploaded in PDF or JPEG format and must be clearly readable.
  • The business name and address should consistently match across all documents.
  • Incorrect or falsified documents may result in account rejection or suspension.
