1. Overview

This Seller Payment Policy defines the payment structure, settlement timelines, deductions, and terms for all sellers registered on KTLP (ktlp.in). By operating on KTLP, sellers agree to comply with this policy.

2. Payment Cycle

  • KTLP follows a T+7 settlement cycle, where T = the date of successful delivery to the customer.
  • Payments are processed weekly, covering all orders successfully delivered in the prior cycle.

3. Payment Method

  • Payments are directly credited to the seller’s verified bank account provided during registration.
  • It is the seller’s responsibility to keep bank details accurate and updated in the Seller Dashboard.

4. Deductions and Charges

The following may be deducted from the seller’s payout:

  • Commission Fees: As per the product category and onboarding agreement.
  • Shipping Charges: Applicable if KTLP or its logistics partners handle shipping.
  • Return & RTO Charges: For products returned or marked as Return to Origin.
  • Platform Fees: For promotional campaigns, marketing services, or exclusive programs (if availed).
  • GST and TDS: Deducted as per applicable Indian tax laws on services and commissions.

5. Invoice & Payment Statements

  • Sellers receive a detailed settlement report and GST-compliant invoice for every payout cycle.
  • Reports are accessible in the KTLP Seller Dashboard for reconciliation and accounting purposes.

6. Returns & Refund Adjustments

  • For customer returns within the allowed window, the corresponding payment amount will be adjusted or withheld in the next cycle.
  • If a returned product is damaged, used, or unsellable, KTLP may not reimburse the seller for that product.

7. Payment Disputes

  • Disputes about payments or deductions must be raised within 7 working days of payout receipt.
  • Email: info@ktlp.in with full order and transaction details.
  • KTLP will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
