At KTLP, we invite fashion brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, and resellers to join our growing marketplace. This Seller Registration Policy outlines the eligibility, required documents, registration process, and compliance guidelines for onboarding with us.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a seller on KTLP, you must:

  • Be a legally registered business entity: Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, or Pvt Ltd.
  • Have a valid GSTIN and PAN number.
  • Operate strictly in the fashion category:
    Clothing, Footwear, Accessories, Bags, etc.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national e-commerce regulations.

2. Required Documentation

The following documents are mandatory during seller registration:

  • Business Registration Certificate
  • GST Registration Certificate (must be active and valid)
  • PAN Card (business or owner’s PAN in case of proprietorship)
  • Bank Account Details: Cancelled cheque or recent bank statement
  • Authorized Signatory ID Proof: Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License
  • Product Catalog / Samples (optional for quality assessment)

3. Registration Process

  1. Sign Up:
    Visit www.ktlp.in and select the “Sell with Us” option.
  2. Form Submission:
    Fill in all required business and contact details.
  3. Document Upload:
    Upload the mandatory documents listed above.
  4. Verification:
    Our team will verify your details within 3–5 business days.
  5. Approval & Access:
    Upon approval, you will receive access to the KTLP Seller Dashboard to start listing products.

4. Seller Onboarding

Once registered:

  • Sellers will receive training resources and onboarding support.
  • A dedicated account manager may be assigned for higher-tier sellers.
  • Sellers must comply with KTLP’s product listing, image quality, and pricing policies.

5. Prohibited Listings

The following are not permitted on KTLP:

  • Non-fashion products: Electronics, Home Appliances, Groceries, etc.
  • Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded products
  • Items infringing intellectual property rights
  • Banned or restricted items under Indian law

6. Commission and Fees

  • KTLP charges a commission on every successful sale; rates vary by category and seller tier.
  • Commission details are provided during onboarding.
  • There is no registration or setup fee currently.

7. Seller Obligations

Sellers are expected to:

  • Ensure authenticity and quality of products
  • Provide accurate product details and pricing
  • Fulfill and ship orders promptly
  • Respond to customer queries within 24 hours
  • Follow KTLP’s return, refund, and cancellation policies

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Seller accounts may be suspended or terminated due to:

  • Persistent customer complaints or quality issues
  • Violation of KTLP’s content or listing guidelines
  • Order fulfillment delays or high return rates
  • Providing false or misleading business information
